I signed up with TPG a month ago.
20 working days have passed and still no one can tell me when my internet will be activated. I have made numerous calls, been put on hold for 1hr + and still no outcome .

I have been told many times that my case is being looked into and transferred to other departments. No one calls me back.

Your issue is now raised to our Customer Relations team. A Case Manager is assigned as a sole point of contact and will be reaching out to work towards a resolution. 

 

I'll chase this with their team to provide you with updates where possible.

Yes once again I have passed to yet another person at TPG that does nothing but the standard apology line. Told I would be called back 2 days ago with a update. I’m still waiting.... absolutely pathetic
