Can no longer send emails from my iPhone

BTW - Outgoing mail stopped on both my IPhone & Ipad on the same day 😔

log in to My account click here

then look for change your password under account management

please make sure you log in the username that your are having issue with

wait for few minutes to an hour after changing the PW and then update your email app for the new password and try.

we just have to wait for few minutes to an hour

let's give it a good 30 minutes or so then try again

If you still get the same error rejected by the server after 30minutes send me a PM.

Hi @Maxinef1! For you to change your TPG Password you just need to go to tpg.com.au and then log in your account to "My Account" and under Account Management look for Change your Password to change it.

Sometimes smtp stmp is an easy thing to miss.  Triple check that you don't have a typo.

When all else fails I set my outgoing server to my phone carrier
