Hi there
It's been a while since I've logged into my account. I seem to be able to login to my mobile account but when I try to login recently or using my new Home Wireless account name I can't seem to login.
I get an error screen every time. Please see attached screenshot.

When logging in to your Home Wireless Account, did you use the username or customer ID number?
Have you tried to use another device to login your account?
What browser are you using? Could you try a different browser?
Clear the browsing history as well before you try to login.
