Cancellation request

I sent through an email to cancel@tpg.com.au yesterday requesting to have my service cancelled. Can you tell me how long I will have to wait to have this request completed?

It may take 24 to 48 hours for the request to be processed.

 

We were able to locate your account using your community details and seen the email request. We will chase this with our Accounts team and have someone to respond to it to progress the request.

Yet again, another promise given by TPG staff that hasn’t been delivered on. I was told that I would either be called back on Friday or Monday with a resolution. It’s now 9pm on Tuesday and still no call. This is terrible customer service and just another example of why I am looking to leave TPG
