Hello. I ported my connection over to Belong back on the 2nd of August as soon as my contract with TPG ran out because I was not happy with the quality of my service. I've just noticed today that TPG has continued to direct debit my account since then (total of $199.96) even though I'm no longer using the service. Can I please be refunded this amount? My account number is 6581963.

We checked the account and there was no request to terminate the service.
May we know when and how did you request it for us to check? We also like to arrange a call from our Accounts team to check this further.
