I can’t login website after I’ve changed “move home and new plan”

I changed new plan for moving home 2 days ago.
After that, I can’t login in website.
Is that any problem ?

Thanks for raising this to us. Arranging relocation and change of plan should not affect yoru TPG Log-in.

 

What error message you get when trying to login?
