Moving but still do not have a fixed address

Hi guys,

My wife an I will move from Sydney to Sunshine Coast in May this year.

However, we'll stay in an Airbnb until we find a place to rent.

In this case how can we move our NBN? is that possible to put on hold until we find the new place and provide the new address?

Or is that possible to transfer our NBN to the new tenants in our current house (they are our friends)?

Or should we cancel it? but I think we will still have like 8 months agreement.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Regards,

Marcel Castro

Hi @marcelgdc1

You have the option to transfer the account to the new tenant. You may check the form here: https://www.tpg.com.au/forms (Refer to Change of ownership).

In transferring or moving the account to a new address, we require it to stay active while the transfer is in process. We don't have the option to hold the account for free, but you may change the plan to the $29.99/Month while waiting for your new address.

If you'll cancel the account, then you may need to pay for the Early termination fee since you are still under contract.

Our Plan change and Moving home team is open from 8AM - 9PM (Weekdays) and 9AM - 6PM (Weekends & Holidays)

Hi BasilDV,

Thanks for getting back to me.

In this case I'll probably transfer the account to the new tenant.

Just have a question about it.

Can I set the exactly date it should be transferred? (I did not find this information on the form)

Thank you
