Overpaid for 7 months

Hi,
My customer ID is xxxxxxx. As you can see if you check my service usage history, I am a loyal customer who has been using the TPG service for 9 years at my store since 2013. I am sending you an email because I am so absurd about the TPG service and I have a question here.

I got a phone call from TPG around the end of January. Due to the NBN upgrade of the internet line I am using, the internet and phone are no longer available from February, and the internet is already out of service. There was also a guide telling me to upgrade to the NBN service.
However, I replied that I would not upgrade to the NBN service because the situation of the store I was running was not good due to Corona 19, so I decided that the Internet or phone service was no longer needed. And from February, I was in a state where I couldn't make or receive calls. That's why I thought that the Internet service at TPG was over.
But recently, out of the blue, I noticed that my internet bill continued to come out of my business bank account every month after February. From February to Aug, a monthly fee of $39.99 was withdrawn for seven months.  How the hell could this happen? How can it happen that the service does nothing, but you keep taking your bills?

I am requesting a fast refund for the $279.93 TPG took without providing any service in the last 7 months.
I am waiting for a quick reply and refund on this.
If you have anything to contact me about this issue, please contact me via mobile phone message.
Thank you.
