TPG Staff located

Is there any options to speak with local Australian reps or are all TPG staff located offshore? I spoke with friendly sales people when I signed up was wondering what the call in support model was like?

G'Day Elss,

In my experience TPG's sales, technical support and billing agents seem to be in the Phillipines, however, I have dealt with Aussie technicians who came to my home to install Fibre to the Building. I also went to their head office in North Ryde where the logistics department is lcoated to pick up my modem (because I didn't want to pay the $10 delivery charge!).

I am in Australia, however I am not part of the customer service arm nor deal with accounts/billing/support or billing . Sorry I cant be too much help
