Username or actual email address for the migration process

Seeing as I MUST transfer over to TMC to keep my tpg email address (had for over 20 years)...do I use my 'username' or my actual email address to action the migration. I'm reluctant to have a 'try' on the off chance I use the wrong one and then lose my actual email address

You need to enter the complete email address with the domain for exmaple username@tpg.com.au to commence the migration.
