I'm trying to get my account canceled as well, the chat tries to transfer and im left there all alone...talking to myself...

 

I would not suggest contacting your bank to stop the charges because this could lead TPG to log a default under your credit file, go to Obudsmen or Consumer Affairs. at least they will have to refund you.

Same. I have been trying since 14 March. I have an empty apartment as the tenant moved out and have tried everything including staying online for hours on the chat to try and get them to help me. They just keep transferring me from one Bot to another and then I get disconnected so the next day I try again. And they keep charging me. I have reported them to the Ombudsman which will be reviewed before 30 April. I suggest you do the same.

I called them, spoke to them, got transferred, they dropped my call. Infuriatingly I finanlly got someone to send all this through email.

Please also terminate y contract and delete my account

And stop charging me, I no longer live at the address of my contract and have a new (far better) provider

I relocated to a tiny remote town for work and ordered TPG over a month ago. I have the NBN cable, they sent me the modem, but STILL waiting on service!?! I'm going mad here, I can't work, I'm tethering of my iPhone which is hopeless, I can't get in touch with any customer service, i've tried emailing, tried the the online chat endlessly and only got through once and the person wouldn't respond to me! I'm at a total loss as to what. to do, I wish i have NEVER gone with TPG! How to I cancel and get a REFUND for this service? Going to go with Telstra instead this is insane.

I need my account cancelled as well. But the live chat pertaining to move house is permanently busy and noone would speak to me. I need this account number 6368419 cancelled now and not be charged next week!
