Constant dropouts NBN FTTC

Hi TPG,

 

I'm currently experiecing a large number of drops outs per day, as log entries below show.
Can someone please look into this it's becoming very annoying?

 

NBN were out in the pit looking into a neighbors issue on the 16th Dec, problems seemed to continued from then.

Sad to learn that you're having issues with the connection. 

There are different types of dropouts that you may experience:

 

1. Network dropouts, this dropout is caused by a line fault on TPG or NBN's network. Affecting all device(s) LAN/Wireless connected to the modem/router this may require a real-time test and investigation by our Technicians and Engineers.

 

2. Wireless dropouts, this issue only affects the device(s) connected via Wi-Fi which can easily be fix by doing adjustment to the modem/router's settings.

 

3. Dropouts caused by ongoing outage in your area. 

 

In the event that you experience dropouts via Wireless/Wi-Fi connection, we recommend having a read on the following articles:

Hi Shane,

 

Thanks for the reply, connection has been great with TPG up untill recently. Unfortunatley the dropouts are still occuring (dropped from a couple of work meetings today). I'll send through a private message to follow up.

Suggest providing more information.  Location suburb and/or postcode. 

Keep logging date and time drop outs occur.
