Extremely slow Adsl 2+ speed

My internet was finally reconnect after three weeks waiting for TPG technician coming. However, my ADSL 2+ speed is extremely slow and even have a problem to open the homepage of Google. The speed test result is attached. I am so frustrated about the experience TPG provided this time and hopefully they can fix it ASAP.

The suspension that was applied on the account while waiting for the installation was lifted.

 

Please check the connection as the service should start working properly.
