FFTB working at 6Mbps

Internet is working at 6Mbps and its been working even worst than that for the last few weeks.

The TPG app on my phone is not working to measure the speed of the internet.

If you are giving me 1/10 of the service, can I pay for 1/10 of the bill?

In order to confirm if you are getting a slow connection speed, you may check it directly with your modem/router.

Check it here:

Are you using a WiFi or a Wired connection when you tested the speed?

This article might help you troubleshoot your speed issue as well.

If you've confirmed that your modem/router is receiving a slow speed, then send me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number to assist you accordingly.

I've tried everything,
- 2.4GHz

- 5GHz
- Wired
- From my phone

- My Laptop

- My PC

 

The connections works sometimes and then it keeps disconnecting or going really slow.

I just checked logs in the router (This is just the last page, there are 27 pages of logs like this)
