Hi URGENT help needed please.
Our FTTB connection on the Huawei HG659 seems to be dropping out regularly at the moment. It started suddenlty happening a couple of days ago and never an issue before then. Can't be old wiring as we've had a renovation done in the last couple of years. Logs from the router are attached below. Help please! The kids are all remote learning and I'm teaching from home too, so phone hotspots aren't cutting it!!

Hi and thank you for the private message reply - I don't seem able to respond privately though?
I'm not sure why it seems stable from your end - it keeps on dropping off here. See this morning's logs below. I honestly don't know what the issue is - the logs indicate that dropouts are occuring throughout the night from a couple of days ago even when we weren't using it. The setup hasn't changed for the last two years - we use a Netgear Orbi mesh system connected to the Huawei and it hasn't been an issue in all that time. The Orbi Router appears to be funtioning just fine throughout - the logs show that it is the modem that keeps on disconnecting. The router's throughput + the FTTB bandwidth should easily be able to account for two kids doing homeschooling and adult needs. Your help would be appreciated - I'm guessing either push out a modem update or send out a new modem?

I'm not sure why it seems stable from your end - it keeps on dropping off here. See this morning's logs below. I honestly don't know what the issue is - the logs indicate that dropouts are occuring throughout the night from a couple of days ago even when we weren't using it. The setup hasn't changed for the last two years - we use a Netgear Orbi mesh system connected to the Huawei and it hasn't been an issue in all that time. The Orbi Router appears to be funtioning just fine throughout - the logs show that it is the modem that keeps on disconnecting. The router's throughput + the FTTB bandwidth should easily be able to account for two kids doing homeschooling and adult needs. Your help would be appreciated - I'm guessing either push out a modem update or send out a new modem?
