How to Change NBN Plan Online via TPG My Account

Hi, Can you help me? I keep getting an error when I try to change my plan online or via the app

I am stuck in the same situation. Cannot upgrade via online portal and cannot reach the plan change support chat.

How long does it take to upgrade? I have been waiting on a call-back since 11:30 this morning (after being shunted around and placed on hold for over 90 minutes this morning). I have already lost a days work (and a days pay) trying to get this sorted

When I get the popup that advises that my modem may not be compatible the buttons don't work on the popup to progress beyond that screen.

Tried in both Chrome and Edge but no success.

I'd like to take advantage of the promotional offer to upgrade to Superfast for 84.99.
