My modem hasn't auto-updated for daylight savings, so my parental controls aren't firing on time. I've rebooted it a couple of times but it's still an hour behind for us here in Adelaide.

Are you able to send us a private message with your TPG username or customer ID so we can take a look at your account and check if your modem has an updated firmware?
We've pushed the firmware update on your modem and the daylight savings on it should already be updated. Please get back to us if your parental control is still not working.
