NBN FTTN MODEM PROBLEM

Hi guys
I have lost connection for one week now and unable to get any answers from tpg. I think the problem might be my modem, it has power to light up the lan connection but all other connections does not light up. Could this be a faulty modem?

I managed to pull up your account and I was not able to detect any connection at all. We might need to do more test and troubleshooting.
