I have completed all the steps above that was mentioned. I completed it yesterday at 3ish Pm ... when will I expect for the internet to work? Please let me know as i keep calling your number but no one picks up. Please help.

I have done all the steps but I don’t have an internet light. The chain light is flashing on the NCD

                So our troubleshoot didn't work, 

Got only one socket

NCD connected directly to socket, 

we reset the NTD and tried different cables, still no joy 

I escalated to Engineering team, for arranging NBN tech to your home, 

please check your Pm for the Ticket number

 I  managed to book NBN tech for you, please make sure someone at home, 

 

Appointment time slot: Thursday, 30 April 2020, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Reason code: BOOKED

Description: The reserved appointment has been confirmed by NBN Co and is now booked.
