Hi @crimzic,

 

Understand,
Ntd directly connected with a shorter cable.
the power light and link light only going solid, after that nothing happening
tried a different cable, and NCD reset done
still no Joy

this NBN network issue, your case manager will lodge fault to NBN
please check your PM for the ticket number

Just wanted to update, My NBN issue is resolved a week before. The NBN consultant has to come and redo the wiring in the curb. Thanks for the help.
