TPG has moved my service two weeks early.
My current location has lost service and I can't get it back.
My new property has no network connected to the rebuilt house.
They just keep saying connection your modem, to what?
I then receive an email saying my move is ready for the 8th of May?
I also have an email saying they have moved my service.
The ombudsman says nothing will happen to 15th May.
COVID 19, I'm owrking from home and my children start online learning again next week.
What sort of inept stupid company is this? No avenue to talk to anyone? can't even get my service back?
My family is extremely annoyed and I'm just ......!!!!!!!!!!!!
What the hell can be done for a business that treats its customers like this.
I can see the NCD setup failed.
You got only one socket,
NCD connected directly, without any filters, and power and link lights are solid but no DSL or Lan,
we tried multiple resets and different cables.
please leave it another 4 hours if still no joy, keep using your TPG ADSL internet
