I have just returned from being away and the internet or phone is not working.
FTTN. Archer VR1600v. Power lights on and WiFi and LAN.
The DSL and internet lights do not even flicker when rebooted.
I have carried out all the usual checks, Service Status, reboot and reset, checked cables. Left it for a day, still nothing.
Tried calling my phone number and it says call could not be connected.
Please can you check from your end if there is a fault on the line/service or is the Modem/Router faulty?
