Due to the ongoing severe weather activity across South East Queensland and North East NSW, NBN services are experiencing a range of unplanned outages.
Where it is safe to attend, field technicians will be deployed to investigate service outages. Severe weather and local power outages are expected to have a direct impact on nbn's ability to attend and restore services.

There is no internet NBN in my home. Its not showing as outage on your website and no one picks up phone on your helpline. Kept me waiting for hours on pre recorded phone message. No online light on NBN box.
