No internet and phone line connection

Ok, 2 things.
1) internet isn't connecting, and when testing connection in TPG app, I got the internet is offline and modem detected wrong and data wrong, it also said voice is fine but the phone is not working. Its been hours I've checked connections, unplugged, plugged back in, what is going on??? Funny thing is the internet speed tested at normal speed, even offline.
2) Phone line isn't working either. Can't make or answer calls,

Can provide TPG acct details please help ASAP.

All good now. It’s not from TPG but NBN unplanned outage,thanks for your help.

Hi can anybody reply this? I called two hotlines and no luck waiting for 1.5 hrs online. I checked nbn and no outrage in my area. Please help.

For this type of cases, we advise customers to check if their service is affected by an outage before performing any troubleshooting.
