No internet light

Hi,
I have plugged in my TPG modem router and the 2.4G and 5G lights are both green, however my internet light is not on at all.
Does my service need to be activated or something?

Hello, I have the same problem! You do have to wait for your account to be activated, you can track your account progress on https://www.tpg.com.au/support/trackmyorder by entering your username (although there may be a delay) and you will normally receive a text message by TPG stating that your account has been activated. Good luck with your setting up!
