Hi Postmaster

Could you please help me with this problem? I am receiving the below error message when trying to send an email from Outlook. I can still send an email directly from my TPG post office.

I have read the advice on the Community TPG to change my password. I have done so, but it doesn't make a difference. The below error message has come from my Outlook.

Thank you.

Thanks very much. Changing the ports worked for me.

Hi @pjho

Have you tried changing the port for incoming mail server 110 and outgoing mail server 25?

If not, try it as well.

We also want to check this with our Post Masters. Shoot me a PM with your TPG mail address or customer ID number.
