Planned outage complaint

Why is NBN having a planned outage between 7am and 3pm on 4th May and then another one from 12am on 5th May. Completely ridiculous. I work from home. How am I meant to work tomorrow? They generally do these overnight, why is this being done during business hours in the middle of the week?
