Power Of Attorney/outstanding bill

Hello, in need of help here.

My father is 88 years old and is showing signs of dementia. I have Power Of Attorney for him, although I haven't lodged it with TPG yet as I was unaware that Dad had an internet service with you.

He rang me to say he had received a bill from TPG Insurance (??) which had been sent to his old address, having recently moved to a retirement village.

1)Can you confirm for me if xxxxx Allan xxxxx of 8 xxxxx St xxxxx D.O.B. 3/xx/xxhas an account with TPG. I cannot find prior records with an account number, my apologies.

2)If he does have an account how do I register my Power Of Attorney to manage his affairs? 
I'm assuming that once my POA is applied I will be able to fix any outstanding bills and change his address.

Hi! That's really a big problem. It is hard today to deal with elderly relatives who got some diseases. My grandma had alzheimer’s disease the last few years of her life, and we needed a specialized nursing home where she would feel good, but we couldn't afford one.
