TPG FTTN NBN modem support 4g failover?

Hi, I have NBN (FTTN) with TPG with a supplied Huawei HG659 modem. My question is, does this modem support 3g/4g failover via USB modem/dongle?

I'm afraid that the modem does not support the 3G/4G failover via USB dongle/modem.
