This has become an absolute joke

denial, denial, denial, then acceptance of a problem

the secon time within a month

i have reported the issue to the telecommunications ombudsman this time

wonder what the outcome will be

Outage here in Mt Isa. Showing blinking DSL no internet light but 2g & 5g still connected on mobile. Not happy with the service, got technicians coming 17/10
