Hi TPG support,

I've noticed sometimes my Archer VR1600V lights go out but it is still functioning. Other times we all lose internet even though wifi connection is maintained. And other times the lights go out (power, wan, lan, internet) yet everything is still working! It also gets very hot.
I think we've had this particular device since September 2020.

A bit concerning to hear the modem's behavior. Why don't we get everything checked and hopefully get you a an equipment?
