Hi,

as you can see above, we have the last couple day's an insane amount of dis- / re-connects.

We're unable to do anything at the moment, because of the dis-connects.

On top of that we have also lost packages:

We tried to restart the router via the browser interface, but it still keeps re-connecting.

3.jpg4.jpg

Even when we restarted the router via power on/off, it's still the same or I have to say it's now even worse, because now the speed is dropping heavily and then it goes back up after the next disconnect:

5.jpg6.jpg

It's so bad, that I'm struggling to upload the photos.

We can't do annything.

It's weekend, where we would game online, watch netflix, mine cryptocurrencies, download updates for games and software or just be on facebook / browse the web.

This issue happens every few month and we had a TPG-Technician coming out in the past, which confirmed that the issue doesn't relate to our hardware etc. and that the issue is outside our property.

Sometimes it happens, when we have rainy weather.

Then when someone of you guy's looks into it, the issues get sorted-out and we get our fast and stable internet back.

So please guy's, help me / us again !

We really appreciate Your awesome support over the year's, back then when we had the old forums.

Best Regard

Hi,

it seems that our connection improved since last night, as you can see above.

9.jpg10.jpg

We restarted our router manually via power on/off and you can see the result here above.

The rain is gone, at least in our area and for the moment and the connections seems to be stable again.

Only the upload-speed is still a bit low, compared to before the connection-issues started.

Thanks a lot, for whatever you did so far, to improve and stabilize our internet again !

We really appreciate it !

Best Regards !
