cant check my usage

When I log into my account [I'm on NBN broadband 50] I cant check my usage [see attached screenshot. It says 'usage not collected' and I don't know why. I'd like to see how much we're using.

Our system do not record the TPG internet plans that comes with unlimited usage. Shoot us a PM with your details so we can arrange our Account Specialists Team to contact you and provide the usage report.
