8 Second delay in connection of voice calls

Hi @mfeodoroff,

 

We'd like to conduct remote test to the connection. Please turn off the modem/router for 3-5mins and we'll run a test. Reply to this thread when it's turned off.

I just tried a trusty old Telstra T400 and have the same problem.

I'm around all day today.  Is there a way to PM my contact number to you?
