Home Phone since the 11th Feb 2021, (Can NOT ring 13numbers and Call Waiting been Re-enabled)

Hello All,

 

As of the 11th Feb 2021, we had an outage in Ryde area, I had to resort to my backup 4G USB for internet on the:

Firmware Version:0.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0 Build 200810 Rel.53181n Hardware Version:Archer VR1600v v2 00000000

 

*Call Waiting has been Re-enabled and I requested never to have it enabled

 

Phone info on the router shows blank as follows:

Phone

Telephone Status: Telephone service unavailable. Please check your account settings or register a new number.

Device Name Number for Incoming Calls Internal Number Number for Outgoing Calls
--------

 

*Can NOT ring 13numbers (recieve a loud tone) when i try using 61 in front of the number i get a message "this line is congested"

 

Also from the 11th Feb 2021 I can not track any more calls made in the call list NBN Digital Voice Usage

Find attached call list (censored)

 

I have tried a factory reset on the modem, with no luck

Technician have fixed my 6 digit 13 numbers issue all good now

Also from the 11th Feb 2021 I can not track any more calls made in the call list NBN Digital Voice Usage

Find attached call list (censored)

This seems to be rectified, I have check today and can see callls up to 15th Feb 2021 (today is 17th)

 

As for 13 numbers its stilll on going & call waiting is still enabled

Glad to know that the other issue is now resolved. 

 

The 13/1300 issue is now raised to our Engineering Team for further investigation. 

Please expect updates via phone call or SMS.

Received the msg this morning to leave it powered and connected

 

Would be nice if in the "NBN Digital Voice Service Control Panel" there was an option to choose enable or disable Call Waiting feature.

 

8:30pm:  Call Waiting is still enabled (was told by support last night it will be deactivated in 15 - 30 mins)

 

And 13Numbers still not working for me.....

The escalated issue affecting the home phone service is still under investigation by our Engineering Team updates will be provided when it becomes available.

Just tested NBN Tech Support 1300 997 271

It work i got the out of hours msg..
Tried the 131423 and  137425 (13SICK) still not working, get a loud constant tone..
Seems to be 6 digit 13 Numbers i cant call.

This is now disable as requested.... thank you....

 

Fingers crossed on the 6 digit 13 numbers.. (waiting ont he techs to get back to me)

With regard to this issue i received a sms stateing your service is know operation OK

But i still cant call 6 digit 13 numbers (137425)

 

In Logs following I found this '134xxx' , which i think might be the issue should be '13xxxx'

Regards to call waiting i have resorted in puttin a old telstra coreded phone in port 2 of the modem and taking it off the hook, unpluging the hand-set so i dont hear the annoying tone...

im done with call waiting...
