Home phone not working internet is fine

Hi, 

My internet is working fine but landline not working .

Dial tone is there but can’t receive or make calls.

Tried all troubleshooting options....turned off and on the modem....changed the wire...plugged into phone2 but no luck.

Requesting tpg to help.
