My landline is not working - the phone is dead. However, the internet is working ok. VOip light is flasing green on the router. Please assist. animation software

Your homephone relies on your internet to work. I would recommend performing a reset on the modem to refresh the connection.
Should it still not work after resetting, kindly send us your Customer ID or username via private message so we can check the status of the homephone on our end.
