Hi @itspeterb2u . My router shows same message. I can receive calls but I don't make calls - no prepayment. Get OCA0163 error if I try. A little bug in the customised firmware because there is a phone service registered managed by TPG.
Just did a full reset of the modem now i cant call or recieve call still showing the same status
Im over this modem....
Edit: Its back up and running again... (still call waiting enabled and cant calll 13Numbers)
