Thanks, PM sent - although not sure you'll be able to update my modem as internet seems to keep droping out for ~8hrs each day..

I'm stepping in since @Shane is currently not available.

 

The NBN Co. target to finish the change or upgrade within the NBN Wireless network today around 9PM. However, sometimes, due to issues beyond NBN's control, such as bad weather or unforeseen technical or safety issues, planned network interruptions may not be able to take place in the given time frame.

 

Our team is monitoring the case and will provide you with the updates via SMS or phone call once an update is available.
