After I plugged it with my WAN and the screen always show that the equipment was waiting to be auto configured. I waited for 30 mins and rebooted as instruction and waited another 30 mins, and nothing happened. I still can not connect the internet.
Is there anything I need to do with the new modem ? Or TPG need to open some "control" remotely?

I am having the same problem with the red light on 4G signal.
I have tried placing it near the window and not working.
Don’t know what to do next.
