Same problem for different number and different phone.  Just TPG calling got this problem.  I got another voice message from TPG in my voice box @3:05pm.

Do you have any call waiting feature currently set on your mobile phone? We do not have reference on your mobile phone or your mobile provider, we highly recommend to raise this to your Mobile Provider.

 

We advised our Technician that will call you to address this issue.

No.  No call waiting is activated.  Nothing wrong with my phone and mobile provider because I continue to receive calls including the spam ones.

Actually what will your technician want me to do at my end?  If you want me to turn the modem off, we can schedule a time for me to turn it off and on.

We've seen that our Technical Guys, tried to contact you again on the 2 mobile numbers  and home phon number provided however it is still unreachable. 

 

Our Technical Team will also be guiding and checking the wireless settings on your modem to improve the connectivity. Do you have other preferred time of contact for the assistance?

I will carry the ********595 phone with me all the times.

 

I don't have any problem on internet connection.  The problem I have is the losing connection of the bands.  Most of the time is 2.4GHz one.  Sometimes is 5GHz.  If I turn off the modem for more than an hour, both bands will come back.

Follow your technician's advice swithing channels for WiFi 1, 6 or 11.  It doesn't work.  Both 2.4G and 5G WiFi drop out.  I don't have problem linking to internet.  I am using my PC to send this message which use ethernet connect to the modem.
