No Call back from Customer Service

Got a call today from Customer Service and they said they will call back between 6pm and 7pm.....We haven’t had internet for 4 days now and I’m still waiting for the Customer Service Call!!!

Please Call Me Urgently as I need the internet for work. Customer ID 6549615
