Hi there,

I am also experiencing issue with my old net gear modem where it would require a hard restart for the internet to work again.  Please advise if there're any technical issues you can see on your end?

Hi I would like to report a similar problem with my modem Archer VR 1600. For the last few weeks the modem frequently dropu out the connection. Sometimes it is off by itself. I have to restart the modem to connect again. Sometimes multiple restart is required. Also the modem is hot as well when handling.Am I eligible for a replacement ?
