Are you able to provide us the MAC address and serial number of the modem/router that you have? Our team is unable to update the firmware as they can't verify the device that's in use.

Can you upgrade my firmware as well please?

Hi, My router is under bridge mode at this moment. Should I change it to pppoe mode first?

Hi @hzhz1992219, kindly change it to PPPOE so we can check if our system can detect the modem before upgrading its firmware.

 

Please also provide us the MAC Address and Serial Number of the modem for verification purposes.
