Are you able to provide us the MAC address and serial number of the modem/router that you have? Our team is unable to update the firmware as they can't verify the device that's in use.

Hi @hzhz1992219, kindly change it to PPPOE so we can check if our system can detect the modem before upgrading its firmware.
