Thanks @BasilDV - confirming I'm now on Firmware Version:1.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0 Build 180828 Rel.35294n 

 

Will see if the upgrade helps

Hello Basil,

 

I have been experiencing issues with disconnection problems predominantly with online gaming on a ps4 console. I have been advised to enter port forwarding info into the router and console. I believe I have done as instructed but have noticed that my current modem firmware needs updating. Could you please arrange for it to be updated?

 

Hardware Version:Archer VR1600v v1 00000000

Firmware Version:0.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0 Build 170630 Rel.49402n

Can you please upgrade software of my modem please. Avast alerts show vulnerability
