Hi

Please ugrade the firmware on my router. The current version is;

 

Firmware Version: 0.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0  Build 180828 Rel.56416n

Hardware Version: Archer VR1600v v1 00000000

 

I hope this will fix the wifi diconnects and performance issues I'm experiencing.

Hi @shiv06, your modem has the latest firmware.

I'd love to help you in requesting for a firmware upgrade for your modem, but I need your assistance though. Can you send me a PM providing your customer ID or username and the service address? Hi TPG,

I too am experiencing periodical dropouts to my connection. The WIFI network seems to hold strong but the actual connection to the internet is what drops out from time to time. 
Could I have my firmware looked at too and updated if required?
