CANCEL MY CONTRACT

I have been trying to contact you everyday for one week now the only one that replied was your SALES. We have moved house and wanted to relocate our service. She suggested we get a new one as it would be quicker because we need it ASAP, 2 days as she said. It has been a week now. When signing the contract giving bank details, she replied sooo fast after we signed she disappeared and don't even reply anymore. NO EMAILS, NO UPDATES, ONLINE SUPPORT NEVER AVAILABLE! NO HEADS UP emails either that there is NO ONE going to assist customers for who knows how many weeks? But SALES are available to take and make MONEY how ridiculous. 

 

So we are asking for a REFUND and CANCEL the contract. Anyone reading this beware, DON'T go on this company.
