I’ve been waiting 6 weeks for installation....
Can someone please tell me how to get this resolved?

We were able to locate your account using your community details and learned that your address is under the NBN HFC technology.

Please be advised that NBN Co is experiencing equipment shortage within the said technology that caused delays with the installation and affected the installation on all service providers.
