Intermittent Outages In Sydney

HI all, I see that a lot of people have had teh same problem over the last year. Has anyone resolved it? I get outages to the entire broadband service throughout the day. Often as many as 20 outages in a day, anywhere from 5 seconds to a few minutes each. I placed a call with TPG two weeks ago, but beyond doing a hard reset of my cable modem they have done nothing. 

 

I have been trying to call them but they keep putting me on hold, then disconnecting me after 20 minutes. I have also emailed them multiple times, SMSd them and tried contacting them through the app but no reply for a week now.
